Today I was down at The Winking Lizard at Bounce Hotel in Surry Hills having some lunch. While we were sitting in the street-front bar, a couple of very friendly goth types stopped and asked for help. Although vaguely familiar to me, we helped out in letting them use a mobile phone to make a call and book some flights. It was then that I noticed the Amazing Race envelope in this guys hand. After a quick search now that I'm home I realised that these two are none other than Kynt and Vxysin from season 12.
They were really nice and very appreciative of our help, so we gave them every assistance we had available to arrange flights for Tokyo. After 10 minutes of frantic calls and web bookings, the guy from Bounce Hotel offered to use their shuttle, a Studebaker, to run them to the airport. The photos are a couple that a grabbed once we had helped with the flights and they were on their way to the airport.
Vxysin was very tight lipped about the show, or if it was an All-Star race. I guess we will have to see. I wonder how long before I can ring and say "Look Mum, I'm on TV!".

Were the teams headed to Tokyo,or connecting there to another city?
